An 11 Month Warranty Inspection is performed on a new construction home before the builder’s warranty is up.  Most builders offer a 1-year warranty against defects on new construction homes.  If defects or damage are found within that warranty period the builder will fix them as long as they are covered under the warranty.  That’s where we come in.  At Inspect Central Florida our inspectors will answer all the questions you may have during your 11-month warranty inspection.  They will cover over 400 points of the home and will look for cosmetic type defects that may be the responsibility of the builder to fix.  They will inspect and operate all aspects of the homes major systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.  They will also run all the appliances, operate windows, doors, electrical outlets, and anything else you may be concerned with.
