COMMERCIAL INSPECTION
A commercial inspection is a top to bottom inspection of a commercial building meant to answer any questions the buyer may have. Just like a general home inspection, a commercial inspection is an honest and thorough assessment of the condition of the property. It will cover all the major systems of the building as well as all the relevant building components. The difference is that commercial properties vary in size, construction type, and purpose far more than homes do. A commercial building can be anything from a small office suite to a 100,000 square ft warehouse building. For this reason, a commercial building inspector needs to be experienced and knowledgeable in many different types of construction. The inspector needs to be able to tailor the inspection to the type of building being inspected and generate a report that properly conveys the information that is important to the client.
At Inspect Central Florida our inspectors have the knowledge and experience to handle any type of commercial inspection you may need. If you are able to attend the inspection our inspectors will walk through the property with you and explain all their findings. You will receive an easily readable and understandable report that contains all the information you will need about the structure. Our inspectors will be available to answer any questions you may have before, during, and after the inspection.
If you have any questions about a commercial inspection of any of the other services we offer, please call the office. We will be happy to help you in any way we can.
