A new construction inspection is a top to bottom inspection of the entire structure that takes place prior to the final walk through with the builder.   When you build a new home, you expect and deserve for that home to be perfect on the day you move in.  That’s where we come in.  At Inspect Central Florida our inspectors will treat your new home like they were moving in themselves.  They will do a thorough and complete inspection of the home.  This inspection will give you an honest assessment of the condition of the home and the functionality of its components.   They will inspect the major systems of the home including the roof, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structure.  Our inspectors will test everything in the kitchens and bathrooms to make sure the components are not only functional but are in perfect condition.  They will go room to room checking windows, doors, electrical outlets and anything else that you may be concerned with on the interior.
