An Annual Home Maintenance Inspection is an inspection that is done on a yearly or biennially basis.  This inspection is meant to discover problems with the home that homeowners would not normally find on their own.  Often times the earlier a problem or defect is discovered the less money it will cost to fix.  A roof leak that is found and fixed shortly after it starts may leave the homeowner with the cost of replacing a few shingles or a piece of flashing.  That same roof leak left unchecked for years may result in structural repair, drywall repair, mold remediation, all at a much higher cost to the homeowner.
